  • DESHA BHAKTI - National Vision
Text about the exhibit
Forging People out of Population & Nation out of a Country.

To bring about harmony, not at the physical level, but a harmony of thought, goal and inspiration is to build a nation.
Inspired by our glorious past, let us work in the present to manifest our vision of the future for our country. Chinmaya Mission members are essentially Nationalists, conscious of the glory of their country and devoted servants of the country.

“Living a life of self-confidence and self-respect, proud of their country, and prepared to work to rebuild it with heads held above the clouds and hands and legs ready to make sacrifices and work, that is sufficient. Be an ambassador of our culture, an Angel of the Spirit of Bharat.” - Swami Chinmayananda

Design Notes

Sandeepany Sadhanalaya - Vision & Features

The exhibit is designed as a walk-through installation. It is derived from three key aspects of the Sandeepany Sadhanalaya logo which are; a lamp, a swan and a lotus. The three sub-sections are represented through these three aspects of the logo. Each sub-section is a combination of a visual montage panel and an installation form. The first sub-section presents the vision of the institution through a visual montage panel. The flame of the lamp in a stylized form is used for the installation, which highlights the institutes’ main features.
