Workshop on Stress and Anger Management for Pre CHYKs by Swami Swatmananda
Swami Swatmanandaji conducted a workshop for teens at Ashok Gardens, Sewri, for thirty participants. They learnt to identify stress and that a calm mind means a clear head. This was through inter-active games, videos and tests.

On 22nd August 2019, senior Bala Vihar children of Matunga celebrated Janmashtami. They chanted Govinda Damodara stotram, Geeta Dhyanam and Bhagawad Geeta Chapter 18. They participated in a quiz on the life of Sri Krishna, based on the day, place and time of Krishna's birth and His leelas. Parents sang bhajans. The celebration concluded with distribution of prasad.

Smt. Beena Seth, hosted a session of Bhagwat Saptah at her residence in Walkeshwar, from 21st to 27th of August. Swamini Krishnapriyananda ji touched upon all important sections of the Holy scripture, as there was little time for a detailed study unfortunately. It was extremely captivating and at times the narrative made the crowds emotional too. Between 25 to 30 people attended on each of the 7days.

On this day, guided by their sevika Smt. Mangala P., Study Group members of Dosti, Wadala chanted Shri Chinmaya Ashţottara Namavali, hymn of 108 names in praise of Swami Chinmayananda. Mangalaji also spoke on Guru Stotram and the group shared its meaning. The event concluded with aarti and distribution of prasad.
