Swami Swatmanandaji conducted a workshop for teens at Ashok Gardens, Sewri, for thirty participants. They learnt to identify stress and that a calm mind means a clear head. This was through inter-active games, videos and tests. They learnt how to take charge of their own lives and took home valuable techniques to not respond impulsively. This session was part of monthly series on Life-Skill Workshops for teens, planned to fit in with the busy schedules of children in ninth and tenth standards. The workshop was hosted and anchored by Archana Natraj from Mahima zone, who developed the idea.
