Key takeaways for teachers
-
Teach how to be successful without stress.
-
Follow inside out approach: to be strong, empowered and inspired to face challenges
of life. -
Be innovative to impart values through the subjects along with application of those values to make education relevant.
-
A teacher is a nation builder. Teacher must have highest vision…..to prepare the students for the country and not merely complete the syllabus or guide for higher scores.
-
A teacher has to become the best version of himself/ herself by continuously learning and working for self improvement as a role model to inspire the students.
-
A teacher must connect with the students first before the knowledge can transfer. Where there is a real bond between teacher and student, transformation takes place naturally.
-
Every student is a potential change maker. It is the teacher’s responsibility to help student discover that potential.
The webinar was highly appreciated by all the participants.
