43 study group members from Smt. Shailza Jhunjhunwala, Smt. Vinita ji Asrani and Dr. Madhurben's study classes, celebrated Guru Smaran Saptah this morning. The session started with the chanting of the Ashtothra Naamavali followed by the members sharing their inputs on a few of the names. The classes enjoyed the 2 video clips and the discussion that followed.
The highlight of the session was a talk by Dr. Madhuriben, reminiscing about Gurudev's love and his ‘penchant for punctuality’. “My Krishna waits for no one,” He had reiterated even to the Governor of Mumbai. This attitude is imbibed in all classes even today.
This was followed by a self-written poem recitation by Rekha Mehra, which was loaded with emotion. Two melodious bhajans were then rendered by class members.
Everyone joined to make this an occasion of remembrance, devotion and celebration of the life of Gurudev.
