Training started with Invocation and was followed by talks by Swamini Swaprabhananda on Pujya Gurudev’s vision for the youth and the role of Bala Vihar in it. Shri Parindra Kadakia and Smt. Pratima Rao conducted the training. About forty parents attended the session; most of whom were new-comers. Smt. Pratima Rao briefed the attendees on the role and responsibilities of a sevak and the vision of Gurudev. Parindraji emphasised the importance of attending Study Groups, in order to understand the Scriptures and impart the knowledge of the same to the children.
After lunch, participants were made to sit in groups for Group Discussion, followed by presentation by each group, based on Bala Vihar syllabus. Pratimaji explained the structure and curriculum of Bala Vihar. The program concluded with Chinmaya Pledge and Shantipaath.
