Zonal Devi Group organised the annual Samuhik Vishnu Sahasranama archana. The puja started at 9 pm. The venue reverberated with the divine names of the Lord. About a hundred devotees participated in the puja, with bhakti and enthusiasm. The dynamic Devi Group not only organised the puja, but also sponsored most of the puja materials like lamps, books, prasad etc. Chanting was led by Smt. Jaya Mani and Smt. Shyamala Radhesh. The participants performed archana under the guidance of Shri Ramani. Soulful bhajans were rendered by Bala Vihar children and their sevikas, Smt. Shyamala Acharya and Smt. Jaya Mani. At midnight, Maha Aarti was offered and the New Year was welcomed by singing Pujya Guruji's New Year song. Puja concluded with prasad distribution. The participants thanked the organizers for making this event so memorable. As people departed from the venue, their hearts were filled with peace and happiness, having welcomed the New Year in the unique Chinmaya Mission way.
