Shri H. P. Eswarji, senior sevak of Chinmaya Mission expressed a desire to visit the venue of our beloved Gurudev’s first yagna ever, in Pune, along with Mission members. In front of the swayambhu Ganpati at the temple at Rastapeth, Eswarji addressed the yatris; then the Bala Vihar children, reminiscing on Gurudev and his tremendous service. The yatra included a visit to Chinmaya Maauli ashram, where the beautiful Vitthala-Rakhumaai temple stands. The yatris were blessed to be in the presence of Swami Siddeshanandaji at the ashram. Well organized by Smt. Chandrika Vora, who took care of every small detail, the yatra was very inspiring and fulfilling. All participants hoped that this, indeed, would serve as the launching pad for many more, in the coming years.
