Makar Sankrant was celebrated by the chanting of Aditya Hridayam and Gayatri Mantra 108 times, under the guidance of Swamini Krishnapriyananda. Swaminiji read and explained some parts of Mahabharata. She gave a small talk on Surya, the Sun God. Sadhakas enjoyed the divine atmosphere. The event concluded with aarti and prasad.
