Children came in colourful traditional dresses. After invocation prayers, sevika Vijaya narrated the story of Pandavas and Kauravas and the Kurukshetra war. She explained the values in the Geeta, such as working together in yagna spirit for the good of all, duties of children, accepting the results as prasad just like we accept sweets, flower or water with bhakti, importance of focus and concentration for success .with this background they could relate the Gita slokas they were learning & chanting
Children were given a picture of Arjuna & Lord Krishna to colour.They chanted the 10 slokas of ch.18 of B.Gita This was followed by closing prayer & prasad
