The camp was inaugurated by Swami Medhajananda ji and Swamini Swaprabhananda ji, who enthralled the children with anecdotes of Hanumanji’s greatness; the theme being Sri Hanuman. Swami Medhajananda ji drew their attention to the exemplary qualities of Hanumanji and how these very qualities were present in Pujya Gurudev too. Swamini ji explained the reason why Hanumanji is special and how he was blessed by Sri Rama and other gods. She also explained how children can get a bounty of blessings by invoking and praying to Hanumanji. Later on, a movie on Hanumanji was screened. Yuvaveer Rajkumar and Pooja conducted several entertaining games for the children. The kids learnt teamwork, waiting for their turn, making new friends, eating with relish what was offered in their plates and how to adjust to the unexpected! Bala Vihar Sevikas from various places in Navi Mumbai conducted interesting sessions, wherein the children learnt about the eight great qualities of Hanumanji. Catchy bhajans, perky games and a bounty of stories brought to the children a memorable learning experience.
