Pujya Gurudev’s Mahasamadhi day was observed as Sadhana Day in
Chinmaya Prerana during Br. Ved Chaitanyaji Shravan Sadhana on 3 rd
August 2016 from 7 to 8:30 pm. Last year being the birth centenary of
Pujya Gurudev, we had introduced a programme called ‘Chinmaya Sevak’
on 8 th May 2015. This programme consisted of one year of Swadhyaya
(regular study of scriptures), Sadhana (spiritual practice) and Seva (selfless
service). Around 88 elders and 18 children registered for this programme.
On account of their successful completion of their Sadhana all the
Chinmaya Sevaks did Paduka Pooja of Pujya Gurudev seeking blessings of
entire Guru parampara in continuing their Sadhana throughout their life.
Pujya Gurudev’s video ‘Many moods of the Master’ was shown. Br Ved
Chaitanyaji shared some anecdotes of Pujya Gurudev & also conveyed Pujya
Guruji’s message. The program ended with aarti and Prasad.
