25 toddlers ( 3-4 years )accompanied by their respective mothers assembled on Day 1 in the evening between 6.30 – 7.30pm. “Krishna has so many names because Krishna does so many things” was reinforced with the aid of visual power point, songs and props which included various colours and attributes of Krishna: “Bansi Bajaiya”,”Makhan Chor”,”Yashoda Nandan”.The little ones danced to the tunes of “Krishna is so beautiful”, ”Krishna Loves You”, ”Gopala Radha Lola” all melodiously sung by Avanti Nagral on the keyboard. With the help of their mothers, all the young ones artistically put together a Krishna photo-frame. The next morning, on Day 2 , from 10.30am-12.00 noon, the birth of baby Krishna was celebrated to mark the festival of Janamashtmi. Children were fascinated as they rocked the cradle of Bala Gopala. Krishna’s Butter Bash, a simple story of Krishna’s playful antics kept everyone engrossed as they listened & keenly watched visual images on screen. Once again with the help of their mothers mini pots filled with goodies were decorated, after which the children partook in a mini version of the Govinda Matki phor. All the toddlers went home happy with gifts of bamboo flutes and tiny matki kalakands
