Reflections;
Each member had different learnings and take aways from this highly insightful and motivational journey.
The main points were:
* Gurudev’s being mindful in the moment. He had a deep relationship with nature and at the end of his daily journey he brought it alive through his mastery of the language.
* he had an unbreakable spirit of mind over matter and total dedication and commitment to the goal behind this journey that he had undertaken.
*this journey was his Sadhana.
* Gurudev went through the most challenging journey without complaining and being focused only on the goal.
* he found humour in every tough situation and in an unknown territory with basic amenities and limited resources.
* throughout he cared for his fellow travellers selflessly.
* this book shows one the importance of a pilgrimage for one’s spiritual growth.
* Gurudev had unwavering faith in the Lord and a disciplined routine.
* Gurudev’s love and adoration for HIS country, was evident.
* he had the dispassion of a true seeker
*we reflected upon our own lives, taking Gurudev’s experiences into account.
