Swami Swatmananda conducted a session for the members of the Thursday Worli class taken by Sevikas Smt. Vinita Asrani and Shruti Somani. The classhad just completed study of Kaivalya Upanishad and hence requested Swamiji to speak on the same.
Each member, as preparation for the session, had sent the thought flow of their understanding of the Upanishad to Swamiji, which he went through painstakingly even before the session began. Swamiji brought immense clarity to all members, as he went through the entire Upanishad, mantra by mantra and showed the class how to connect the chain of thought. Right from the understanding of minor and major Upanishads to the phalashruti, everything was covered. There were many questions, including some on upasana and contemplation which were answered very patiently and all were extremely grateful for the session.
