Paduka Pooja followed by a meditation session, with ‘Om Chinmaya Sadgurave Namah’ japa was conducted at Chinmaya Sagar, to mark Swami Chinmayananda’s 26th Mahasamadhi (Aradhana Day/Sadhana Day). The session was beautifully conducted by Smt. Shruti Somani. The main yajman, Smt. Sandhya Uberoi, lovingly performed Paduka Puja with her daughter, which was followed by chanting 108 names of Gurudev. Shrutiji explained the significance of japa and the importance Gurudev gave to it. “Japa is training by which the ever dancing rays of the mind are compelled to behave in a certain order and rhythm.” - Swami Chinmayananda

Shiv Sahasra Archana was offered on the pious day of Shravan Somvar at Chinmaya Sagar on 19 August '19. Puja was conducted by Swamini Nishkalananda. Approx 20 devotees chanted and offered their love to the Lord.
