The Pedder Road class of Smt. Vibha Mittal celebrated Chinmaya Jayanti on Monday, 6th May. It was a memorable day which began with chanting the Gurudev Pratah Smaran Stotram, Kritagyata, Gurunamamrit Stotra, Guru Paduka Stotram as well as the 108 names of Gurudev. As we chanted in unison, our hearts overflowed with gratitude, love and respect for Pujya Gurudev.
Thereafter, Dr Madhuriben Sheth, the speaker of the day, recalled her many meetings with Gurudev, how He inspired her and how she was drawn into teaching the first batch of CHYKS. That entire batch today forms the backbone of Chinmaya Mission. The session ended with Gurudev Aarti and also sang Happy Birthday to Gurudev. Smt. Vibha Mittal graciously organized delicious delicacies to celebrate the occasion We are indeed lucky to be a part of this beautiful family.
